Our Team

Malcolm Roberts, Lighting Designer, Multi-camera Lighting Director & Console Operator

Malcolm is the founder of the business. An established Lighting Designer and Console Operator with over 30 years of lighting experience in the field of television broadcast. Starting out as an apprentice electrician with London Weekend Television, Malcolm went on to be employed by ITV at their

hugely successful London Studios headquarters. Working in lighting for many years on some of the nations most treasured programs, Malcolm has a love for the industry that has paved the way to develop his own thriving lighting design company which we see today.

Always ready to create and deliver a productions vision using innovative lighting solutions to the highest quality whatever the scale or budget.
